I enjoy working with directors and shareholders of SMEs and owner-managed businesses across many sectors, supporting them at every stage of their journey – from helping entrepreneurs set up new ventures to guiding owners of long-established businesses as they plan their exit.
I specialise in share and asset sales and purchases, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, general corporate governance, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
As a solicitor, I’m commercially minded, responsive and approachable. I’m proactive in identifying potential issues and give advice in plain English, avoiding any unnecessary legal jargon. I take the time to get to know my clients and their businesses to understand what they’re looking to achieve and tailor my advice to their goals.
Outside work, I enjoy spending quality family time with my husband and children. My hobbies include running, reading, skiing, snowboarding, cooking and baking.

Questions my clients ask me
Every matter is different, so we’ll arrange a call or meeting with a new client to talk through the details of each potential new instruction. We’ll then provide an estimate of our costs for the client to consider and keep them updated regularly if it looks like costs might increase during a matter.
Timescales vary from matter to matter, but we’ll provide an anticipated timescale at the outset based on our prior experience of similar matters. We keep clients regularly updated throughout.
This will of course depend on the clause, document and matter in question, but we’ll always talk through documents in detail and explain specific clauses to clients so they’re fully aware of the meaning and implications of everything they’re signing.
