There are many conveyancers on the market who deal with “tick box” processes. They then struggle when they meet something that is outside of the ordinary. I have been qualified for over 25 years and have seen a lot of change within the conveyancing world. As a result, I am able to use my vast experience to deal with anything that arises.
I act for purchasers, sellers and lenders and specialise in all types of residential conveyancing transaction, whether freehold or leasehold; purchasing or selling; registered or unregistered land.
My experience includes:
- Acting for multiple clients buying both registered and unregistered properties.
- Selling London properties for a wealthy client who was selling her portfolio.
- Acting for investment buyers increasing their portfolio of “buy to let” properties.
I am able to think outside of the box and endeavour to think of solutions to problems that may arise during the transaction. I enjoy trying to work around a problem, ensuring I understand the issue from my clients’ point of view, and trying to reach a conclusion that matters to them. I am passionate about my clients’ needs and enjoy getting to know them individually throughout the process.
I used to love beekeeping and had my own hives before I got divorced and moved home. Since lockdown, I have realised how precious it is to be able to spend time with my two daughters and their partners. I enjoy aromatherapy, and am often found suggesting oils to colleagues that may help with any problems.
Since moving home in 2022 I have taken up DIY and enjoy the feeling of actually creating something myself. I have three cats at home and usually have two of them with me in the evening, sitting in my space to get my attention.
